Don't take your eye off the ball..umm cake

For tonight's dessert I attempted my first ever Swiss Jam Roll..I made the sponge and Gorgeous Girl did the decorating. (she's a whizz with that piping bag!)
However whilst trying to take a decent photo, I wasn't keeping a decent eye on the crowd..

Obviously needed to erect barricades before attempting amateur food styling... (by the way, it tasted pretty good!)
