Tilda Applecore Quilt DONE

One quilt from my list done...which was actually supposed to be for Christmas, so I’m running very late!

I bit the bullet and did my first “curvy” binding after a lesson at Cottage On The Hill. Was heaps easier than I thought it was going to be!

Even the new cat, Smudge, likes this one!

So it’s now been gifted and onto the next one.....

The first finish on my Q1 2018 Finish-a-long list

  2. Apple core quilts are so appealing. Great job stepping out for a new kind of binding - looks great! Smudge is so pretty. My black guy is standing in that same pose right this moment, staring at me. Undoubtedly thinking I should leave the computer alone and feed him since I'm not sewing right now. . . :D

  3. I love how you kept the edges curving like the apple core pieces. On behalf of the hosts, thank you for participating in the Finish-A-Long!
